This Is Fitness Reimagined for Women 40+

If traditional fitness no longer fits your body, energy, or life, you’re not alone.

February Fitness Focus is an intentional afternoon designed to help you reconnect with your strength, understand your body’s needs, and move forward with clarity — without exhaustion, judgment, or extremes.

This is not a bootcamp.
This is not about pushing harder.

This is about moving smarter, honoring your physiology, and building sustainable strength for the years ahead.

“At 40+, your body isn’t failing you. It’s asking for different support.”

What Makes This Experience Different

Most wellness events focus on intensity, trends, or quick fixes.

This experience centers longevity, nervous system health, and real-life support for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.

You’ll experience a thoughtful blend of movement, education, and restoration — grounded in science, guided by intuition, and held in community.

What You’ll Experience

Fitness for Perimenopause & Menopause

Movement designed to support hormones, joints, fascia, and energy — without burnout or injury.

Body Composition Testing

Objective insights into your body, so you can make informed choices without shame or comparison.

Qi-Gong Class

A restorative, grounding practice that supports balance, circulation, and nervous system regulation.

Nourishing Food

Thoughtfully prepared food to support energy, blood sugar, and recovery — so you leave feeling replenished instead of depleted.

Pelvic Floor Exercises

Support core stability, bladder control, and overall confidence through gentle, functional movement.

Community & Connection

A space to connect with like-minded women who value wellness that actually works — not perfection.

Who This Is For

This experience is for you if:

  • You’re 40+ and want to feel strong without overdoing it

  • You’re navigating perimenopause or menopause

  • You’re tired of fitness programs that ignore women’s changing physiology

  • You value education, intention, and long-term wellness

  • You want data, guidance, and support — not pressure

This may not be for you if you’re looking for high-intensity workouts, quick transformations, or extreme approaches.

“Because strength isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing what truly works for you.”

Come as you are — no performance, no perfection, no prior experience required.

What is QiGong

Why This Matters Now

Your body is constantly adapting — hormonally, structurally, and neurologically. Learning how to support those changes before discomfort turns into frustration or injury is one of the most powerful acts of self-care you can make.

This afternoon is an opportunity to pause, learn, and realign — so you can move forward feeling informed, supported, and confident.

A Note on Space

This is an intimate, intentionally sized gathering to ensure personalized attention and a grounded experience. Once spots are filled, registration will close.

Common Questions

A grounded, supportive experience designed for your real life — not an idealized version of it.

Do I need to be “in shape” to attend?

No. This afternoon is intentionally designed to be accessible, supportive, and adaptable. All movement options can be modified to meet you exactly where you are — whether you’re returning to fitness after a break or already active and looking to refine your approach.

What should I bring?

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, bring a water bottle, and a light layer in case you run hot or cold. Please bring your own mat.

Is this only for women 40+?

The content, coaching, and flow are specifically centered around women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. If you’re in your late 30s and curious or already noticing changes, you’re welcome, too.

Is there any high-intensity exercise?

No. This experience is about intelligent, sustainable strength — not pushing harder. You’ll move, learn, and restore in ways that support your hormones, joints, and nervous system.

Give your body the care it deserves in this season of life.

If you’re ready to approach fitness and wellness with more compassion, intelligence, and sustainability — this experience was created for you.

Because strength isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing what truly works for you.
